By placing an order, you confirm that:

We strive to present all products as accurately as possible.

Please note that:

• Colors may vary depending on your device display.
• Measurements may have slight manufacturing tolerances.
• Handmade details may naturally differ from piece to piece.

Such variations do not constitute product defects.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are shown in Euro (€). Prices include applicable VAT where required by law. Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes or local fees, where applicable, are calculated separately during checkout or are the responsibility of the customer depending on the destination country. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order is considered accepted only after payment authorization and confirmation by GIGI Boutiques.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

• Pricing errors
• Product availability
• Payment authorization failure
• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect customer information

If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Credit and debit card transactions are securely processed through the Alpha Bank e-Commerce Payment Gateway. GIGI Boutiques does not store your payment card information.

7. Shipping

Greece

Orders within Greece are delivered through Geniki Taxydromiki. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.

International Orders

International shipments are delivered through DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their local authorities.

8. Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. All swimwear is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty, damaged upon delivery or incorrectly supplied.

Returned items must:

• Be unused
• Be unworn
• Have all original tags attached
• Include the original packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup or damage cannot be accepted.

9. Refunds

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our behalf. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product photography, graphics, illustrations, videos, text, product descriptions and website design, is the exclusive property of GI.GI. & CO LP unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GIGI Boutiques shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or business interruption arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

12. Website Availability

We make every effort to keep the website operational. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to suspend, modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR legislation.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union legislation. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.
